Who issues the Accelapay card on behalf of U.S. Bank?

Visa U.S.A., Inc. provides a license for U.S. Bank National Association to issue its prepaid AccelaPay Card as an offering to U.S. Bank customers. This reloadable prepaid card works like a debit card while offering some of the benefits of a credit card without the need for a credit check.
The AccelaPay Card is an alternative to traditional payroll checks. Employers can issue their employees a card, and on designated paydays the money is automatically loaded on the card similar to a direct deposit. Employees do not need a separate bank account, nor do they have to visit their place of employment on their day off to receive a paper check.
