Does JCPenney archive portrait sessions?
By Forinfos - 05/03/2025 - 0 comments
Pictures from a portrait session are kept for 90 days, during which time customers can place additional orders. Some studios offer an archival service, for which customers pay to have their portrait sessions kept on file online for 24 months.
Up to 25 sessions or albums can be stored through the archival service. After that, more albums can be stored for an added fee. The 90-day and 24-month periods are counted from the date of the photo session.
More details about the archival service, photo sessions, ordering, and products and packages are available on the JCPenney website. Not all studios participate in the archival service, however.
