Jackson's lemon jumble cookies were a kind of lemon cookie on the market in the 1980s in Mississippi and Tennessee. By June of 2012 the brand, which had been purchased by Keebler in the late 1990s, was discontinued.
Jackson's lemon jumble cookies were actually discontinued by Kellogg's, which bought out Keebler in 2001. The treat has been described as being the perfect lemon cookie—not overly sweet, not overly tart and both soft and crisp. A serving of three cookies contained approximately 150 calories, 23 grams of carbohydrates, 6 grams of total fat, 107 milligrams of sodium and 1.90 milligrams of cholesterol.
