Kruse hams are hams produced by Kruse and Son, a meat packing company formed in 1949. Kruse hams are sold by a variety of businesses, including Costco and Albertsons, either in store or through shipping.
Kruse and Son is located in Monrovia, California, and delivers packaged meats to foodservice distributors. Their boneless hams are smoked and fully cooked, and they weigh approximately 11 pounds with water added. They are shipped and stored in vacuum packed bags.
In addition to hams, the company also produces bacon, roast beef and pastrami. The company also sells poultry, and these meats are sold processed, prepared, shelf stable or frozen.
