Lane Kiffin, who as of 2015 is the offensive coordinator for University of Alabama quarterbacks, is married to Layla Kiffin, formerly Layla Reaves. She is a 1996 University of Florida graduate and the daughter of former NFL quarterback John Reaves.

According to a profile of Lane Kiffin, Layla Reaves worked as an event planner for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers when they met around 1999. He soon asked to marry her. Together they have two daughters: Landry, born in 2005, and Presley, born in 2007, and one son, Knox, born in 2009. Layla Kiffin was reportedly 32 years old in 2007, making her about the same age as her husband.
