Bounty hunter Leland Chapman was previously married to Maui Chapman, with whom he has two sons: Dakota who was born in 1995 and Cobie Blaine who was born in 2000. The couple divorced in 2005.

Maui married Leland in 1995, and together they appeared in the reality TV show "Dog the Bounty Hunter" in 2004, which also starred her father-in-law Duane "Dog" Chapman. The show ended in 2012 when Leland and his brother Duane Lee left the show and severed ties with the family.

As of November 2015, Leland runs his own bail bond firm in Hawaii. Son Dakota is part of the reality TV show "Dog and Beth on the Hunt." Younger son Cobie Blaine is an avid surfer.
