A native of the Dominican Republic, Frank Reyes is most well known for his music in the genre of Bachata. Known as "The Prince of Bachata," Reyes is famous throughout both Latin and North America.

Frank Reyes was born in Boba Arriba, Dominican Republic. When he was 12 years old, he moved to the capital city of Santo Domingo to pursue a career in music. After releasing his first studio album, he gave himself the name "The Prince of Bachata." As of 2015, Reyes has released an additional 26 albums. Bachata is native to the Dominican Republic and grew as a variant of bolero music.
