Who does LG employ to produce their products?

Much of LG Electronics' manufacturing is undertaken by its own sites and subsidiaries, and it owns a range of factories and manufacturing plants. The LG Corporation, its parent holding company, has a global presence, and the electronics division operates from 100 locations worldwide.

The company is headquartered in South Korea, but, as of 2015, it is expanding its North American presence, and a new headquarters for that division is proposed for New Jersey. However, much of the manufacturing is likely to remain in Asia, as production and personnel costs are cheaper, and the infrastructure is already in place for global distribution.
