What is a line drawing fallacy?

According to the University of Tennessee, the "line drawing fallacy" is defined as rejecting a claim that is not precise but instead vague, yet not hopelessly vague. The line drawing fallacy is also known as the Fallacy of the Heap, the Bald Man fallacy and the Sorites fallacy.

A fallacy is defined as an error in reasoning according to The University of Tennessee. Fallacies can be intentionally or unintentionally created. The majority of common fallacies include arguments, but some involve definitions, explanations and other products of reasoning. Some other common fallacies include the Appeal to Emotions fallacy, the Double Standard fallacy, the Incomplete Evidence fallacy and the Prejudicial Language fallacy.
