What is a line graph?

A line graph connects points of data with line segments. Line graphs represent how data changes in value over time or some other form of measurement.
To draw a line graph, a table of data is needed. There needs to be two sets of data. The first set is consistent, such as the days, months, hours or years. The second set is the measured data that is taken on the corresponding other set of data. For example, on day one, there were three correct answers on the test. The first set of numbers would be days and the second would be how many correct answers there were on the given day.
