How often is the live Southwest Florida Eagle Cam stream available?

The Southwest Florida Eagle Cam broadcasts live during the nesting season of Florida bald eagles, usually from early November to mid-June of the following year when the eaglets fledge. For the 2014-2015 nesting season, live streaming began in October, before eggs were laid, and terminated in mid-June.

The Southwest Florida Eagle Cam is located on the property of Dick Pritchett Real Estate in Fort Myers, Florida. Live streaming began in the 2012-2013 nesting season, allowing visitors to observe the activities of Ozzie and Harriet, a pair of bald eagles who have been nesting in the current camera location since 2006. The site began with a single camera attached to the tree containing the eagles' nest and has since been augmented by a second camera that lets visitors see eagle activity outside the nest. At any time of year, visitors can see videos from previous nesting years on YouTube.
