Who lives in Florida that is famous?

There are many people who live in Florida that are famous, including, as of 2014, former professional basketball player Larry Bird and singer-songwriter Bob Seger. New York Times bestselling author Dr. Robin Cook also lives in Florida.

Some famous people call Florida home for part of the year, since they own houses in more than one state. For example, Barbara Walters has a beachfront condo in Naples that she uses part of the year. Matt Birk, a retired Baltimore Ravens Super Bowl XLVII champion, owns a home in Naples, Florida. Due to his job as an executive with the NFL in New York, he only lives in Florida for part of the year.
