Cooked pork may sit out for two hours if the room temperature is 90 degrees Fahrenheit or less or one hour if the room temperature is greater than 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Raw pork should be refrigerated at a temperature of 40 degrees Fahrenheit and cooked within three to five days.
To store cooked pork, place the pork in shallow containers and refrigerate at 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Cooked pork may also be frozen and used within three months. When thawing frozen pork, it is best to place it in the refrigerator, in the microwave or in an airtight bag in cold water. Thawing at room temperature is not recommended.
