How long does the Cigna registration take for policy holders?

Cigna policy holders can register online in approximately 10 minutes. It is recommended that the account holder complete the online registration. Visit the website at Cigna.com and press the Login button. Once there, select the option to register. Click the blue Register Now link and enter the information as directed.

To register, some basic information and the Cigna identification number are required. An option is also given to use a Social Security number. If a dependent on a plan is registering, the policy holder's zip code and address information must be provided. No one under the age of 13 can create an online account with Cigna.
