As of 2015, the Kentucky Fried Chicken survey takes about five to 10 minutes to complete. Respondents are entered into a sweepstakes with a chance to win a $1,000 cash award in exchange for taking the survey.

Throughout the survey, the respondent answers a series of questions regarding the quality of food and service and the overall appearance of the restaurant. KFC uses the results to improve its restaurants and provide better food, service and stores.
