Cereals are considered to have low amounts of fiber if they have no more than one gram of fiber in a single serving. Many refined hot cereals, such as Cream of Wheat are low in fiber.

Some Kellogg's cereals with one gram of fiber or less per serving include: Fruit Loops, Apple Jacks, Corn Flakes, Corn Pops, Frosted Flakes, Honey Smacks and Rice Krispies. Some General Mills cereals with one gram of fiber or less per serving include: Trix, Lucky Charms, Rice Chex, Golden Grahams, Cookie Crisp and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Post brand Oreo O's cereal and Waffle Crisp are also considered low-fiber cereals.
