How do you make homemade laminate floor cleaner?

Make homemade laminate floor cleaner by adding vinegar and rubbing alcohol to a bucket of warm water. Add a few drops of essential or scented oils for a pleasing aroma. You need a bucket, warm water, distilled white vinegar, rubbing alcohol, scented oil, a mop, a spray bottle and a towel.

1. Get the ingredients

   Gather together the vinegar, rubbing alcohol, scented oil and water. Make sure that the vinegar is distilled to prevent your home from smelling strongly of vinegar. Use any scented oil you desire, such as peppermint. Lemon juice works as well.

2. Mix the ingredients

   Add equal parts warm water, vinegar and rubbing alcohol to the bucket. Add a few drops of the scented oil. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

3. Pour the solution into a spray bottle

4. Spray the floor

   Spray the laminate flooring with the spray bottle. Another option is to keep the solution in the bucket, and mop directly from that.

5. Mop the floor

   Using a mop, clean the floor with the vinegar solution, adding more as needed.

   After mopping, dry the floor with a clean towel to prevent any streaking, or allow it to air dry.
