A customer can make a payment for a MetroPCS mobile account by visiting MetroPCS.com and clicking on the Make A Payment link. Customers with a MetroPCS account can also sign up for automatic payments using a credit card, debit card or checking account.

All customers, regardless of whether they have an account, can make a one-time payment with a credit card, debit card or MetroPCS Payment card. As of 2015, additional MetroPCS payment options include by phone, in person at a MetroPCS store or 24-hour payment machine, and by mail to the address listed on the MetroPCS website. Some payment methods include a small processing fee.
