MetroPCS bill payment options include online, by phone, in person or by mail. Customers may pay online for free and without setting up an account, but some phone and in-person options require a small fee.

Customers can pay their MetroPCS bill using the automatic payment option after entering their bank account details during the sign-up process. Physical payment locations include MetroPCS stores, drop boxes and businesses that offer Western Union service. Payments made with all methods except the drop box are posted to a customer's account within 2 hours.
