An official Kellogg's Rice Krispies cookie recipe combines the rice cereal with chocolate chips and a cookie dough mixture. The recipe begins by combining all-purpose flour with baking soda and salt, then separately beating margarine or butter and sugar, along with egg and vanilla. The dry ingredients are combined with the wet, along with the Rice Krispies and chocolate chips before baking on a sheet and allowing to cool.
