How do you make Thai iced tea?

To make Thai Iced Tea, Thai tea is steeped with sugar and cooled. It is then added to ice with cream and condensed milk.

Ingredients:

• 6 cups water
• 1 cup Thai tea
• 6 tbsp. cream
• 6 tbsp. condensed milk

1. Brew and cool the tea

Boil the water and steep the Thai tea for between 3 and 5 minutes, or until bright orange. Strain into a pitcher, add the sugar and dissolve. Cool at room temperature for up to 2 hours.

2. Construct the iced tea

Fill up six tall glasses with crushed ice. Pour the tea three quarters of the way up each. Then add a tablespoon each of the cream and condensed milk. Serve with a long spoon.
