Do manufactured homes come with plumbing?
By Forinfos - 29/08/2025 - 0 comments
Manufactured homes do come with plumbing, but the plumbing is not built to the same standards as a site-built home. The difference is generally in the material used, the location and venting systems.
Manufactured homes are built under different regulations than site-built homes. Mobile home piping may be made from plastic as opposed to copper. The location of the plumbing pipes and how they come into the home may also be different, and water lines may come straight up from the floor instead of coming out from the wall. Many bathtubs in manufactured homes lack an overflow, and many manufactured homes do not have sewer clean-outs.
