A Manx kitten is a young cat from the breed of cats known as the Manx. The Manx is an ancient breed whose origins are traced back to the Isle of Man in the Irish Sea. The most distinguishing feature of a Manx is the lack of a tail.
The Manx has a chunky body with a double coat of long hair or short hair, and its hind legs are significantly longer than the forelegs. The Manx is also known for its rounded look. This breed has a round head with round cheeks, big round eyes, round paws and an arched back. The ears of a Manx are wide at the base and taper to a rounded tip. A Manx is quite playful and intelligent and typically very loyal to its family.
