How many schools are in the Mukilteo School District?

The Mukilteo School District has 21 schools. These include a preschool, 11 elementary schools, four middle schools, three high schools and two schools that offer special programs. As of 2014, the school district had more than 14,600 students.

Mukilteo School District was organized in 1878 and is the sixth oldest in the state of Washington. The district is also ranked as the 20th largest by enrollment. The Mukilteo Board of Directors sits five members who are elected by the district to a four-year term.

The district employed 795 teachers in the 2012-2013 school year. The Mukilteo Education Association represents the district's teachers in negotiations.
