How many vertices does a cuboid have?

A cuboid always has eight vertices. A cuboid is a three-dimensional shape that is similar to a cube in that it has six faces that are all at 90-degree angles to each other, but at least two of the faces on a cuboid are rectangles, not squares.

A cuboid can describe an infinite amount of six-sided, 3-D shapes that have rectangular sides. Up to four of the sides can be square, but if six sides are squares it is no longer a cuboid, but a cube. To calculate the volume of a cuboid, multiply the length, width and height together.
