Matt Lauer has never fully released information about his exact salary. He told news outlets that the number reported is not exact. Matt Lauer works for NBC as a host of the "Today Show." He previously co-hosted the show with Ann Curry, but she was dismissed in 2012. Ratings dropped shortly after her departure, but picked back up, and Matt Lauer signed a new two-year contract in 2014.
