Do men have a uterus?

Men do not have a uterus. The uterus is a female reproductive organ that gestates the embryo and the fetus during pregnancy. At the end of the pregnancy, muscles in the uterus push the fetus out into the world.

The uterus is a hollow organ situated in a woman's pelvis between the rectum and the urinary bladder. It is about the size and shape of a pear when it's empty, but can grow to accommodate a full-term infant. Because of the purpose of the uterus, a woman's pelvis is different from a man's in that it can open up to facilitate childbirth.
