Jackson succumbed to health complications caused by a long-term battle with cancer in February 2015. This was after guiding Streams Ministries International since its establishment in 1993. Known for his claims to interpret dreams, Jackson left behind an institution that teaches dream interpretation and various facets of Christian life. The organization mainly focuses on motivating and encouraging believers to walk in "spiritual maturity."
