An MMPI-2 scoring sheet is the sheet used to score the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory. The MMPI-2 is the clinical assessment tool most widely used by mental health professionals.

The MMPI consists of 567 questions and is used to ascertain the mental health of the person taking it, according to About.com. Only clinical psychologists and psychiatrists with specific training in the use of the MMPI-2 are authorized to administer, interpret or score the test. Scoring can be done by hand or by computer. The test can be administered to individuals or to groups, and it can be given on paper or by computer.
