How much money does a pro paintball player make?

The amount of money a professional paintball player makes is dependent on the amount of prizes he plays for, how many players those prizes are divided among and any sponsorship deals he may have. Some players also make money by selling their own paintball products.

Paintball players may find it difficult to make a living without another source of income. As of 2014, the top prize for paintball's professional division was $20,000, and that money is split between nine and 15 people. Good players are often able to get endorsements and sponsorships to cover travel and lodging at competitive events throughout the year.
