What is the National Finance Center?

The National Finance Center is a federal government agency that serves numerous organizations of the U.S. government. The various services offered by the NFC include human resources, payroll, timekeeping, collections and data center hosting.
The NFC also offers two tools useful for securely tracking employee attendance. The NFC serves more than 170 organizations distributed across all three government branches and provides payroll services to more than 650,000 employees. The NFC is located in New Orleans and has nearly 1,000 employees. The organizations mission is to provide services that allow their customers to focus on serving the nation through their own missions.
