What is the Nespresso Citiz?

The Nespresso CitiZ is an automatic espresso machine, manufactured by Nespresso in China. The machine uses capsules of pre-ground coffee to make one cup of espresso at a time.

The CitiZ is manufactured in a number of different model types. These types are generally identical in function, differing only in appearance, size and weight. All of the models have a 34-fluid-ounce water tank. The largest models have a built-in Aeroccino milk frother that is detachable for pouring, but must be seated on the unit base to function. Nespresso only manufactures espresso capsules for these machines, which are unable to make other types of beverages without unofficial accessories.
