Are online enrollment forms available for Medicare Part B?

Medicare Part A and Part B enrollment forms are available online for people who do not yet have any Medicare coverage and want to apply for both parts of the program. People who have Part A and want to apply for Part B as well may not apply online.

An enrollment application for Part B only is available online, but the applicant must print it, fill it out and return it to a local Social Security office for processing. People who do not have Part A and want to apply for Part B must contact a local Social Security office before applying.
