The Port of New Orleans offers the only cruise terminal site parking. After parking, SeaCaps transport the passengers' checked luggage directly from the parking lot to the ship.
The Port of New Orleans offers passenger parking at the cruise terminal. All other unsponsored parking is at least four blocks from the port. Drivers can access parking either from Julia Street or Erato Street. General parking has a maximum vehicle height of 7'6", with limited parking available for vehicles up to 8'4" on the third floor. All vehicles must be less than 22 feet long. After parking, guests may take the elevator directly to the second floor check-in and waiting area.
