How do you find out what bus number to take when going to the mall?

Google Maps provides public transportation directions for nearly all locations in the United States at Google.com/Maps. Users can type the name or the address of the mall they wish to visit into the search bar on the Google Maps page.

Click on the Directions option to receive instructions for how to reach the mall from a desired starting point. Clicking on the icon of the bus above the search bar displays options for traveling to the mall by public transportation. If a bus route is available, it appears as an option in these directions. Many cities also have websites for their public transportation systems where users can see maps of bus routes and schedules.
