You can pay an Amigo energy bill through your My Amigo online user account or through various physical channels, such as by phone, mail or at an Amigo Pay Station. Amigo customers who possess a My Amigo account can also choose to set up auto payment drafting.

Amigo also offers a payment option called Pronto-Pay, which processes and approves payments in real time. Consumers can use this payment option with a credit card or eCheck through the My Amigo account or through an automated phone payment system. As of 2015, Amigo cooperates with BARRI and Ace Cash Express to manage over 800 pay stations around the Dallas, Houston, South Texas and Fort Worth regions.
