How do you pay a Frontier bill?

A customer can pay a Frontier bill by mail, online, by phone or at an authorized payment location. Check payments give permission to Frontier to transfer from a customer's bank account.

Customers can set up recurring bill payments to save time and for convenience. Payment by mail should include an account number and pay stub on the check. Customers must not send cash payments via mail. The address for mail payments is P.O. Box 20550 Rochester, NY 14602-0550. Customers can also make payments via the Frontier Account Management Portal. They can view their bills and change billing options from their online accounts. Additionally, they can visit any Frontier retail store to pay the bill.
