1. Visit the Goodyear website

Type Goodyear.com into a browser and press Enter.

2. Click on Goodyear Credit Card Details

Scroll halfway down the screen to the section on the Goodyear credit card. Click on See Details.

3. Log in to the account

Look for the section titled Already a Cardholder on the left side of the screen. Click on the words Log In.

4. Continue to Citigroup

A box appears stating that the user is about to leave Goodyear.com and be directed to a Citigroup website. Click on Continue.

5. Sign into the account

Type the user ID and password into the login box on the left and press the yellow Sign On button.

6. Click on Make a Payment
