How do you pay your Vectren bill?

Vectren accepts payments in person, through mail, online and by phone. The company accepts personal checks and Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card and American Express credit cards.

Customers are encouraged to mail checks along with the payment stub from the bill at least five days before the due date to allow enough time for the office to receive and process the payment. Payments are also accepted at authorized third-party locations, and Vectren has a payment center locator on its website. A $2.50 fee is applied to debit and credit card payments made online or over the phone. However, check payments are accepted over the phone, as long as the customer provides a routing, bank account and check numbers.
