The peak fishing days are the days when the moon is between the new and full phases. This is because the tides are higher during these days, and the fish are more likely to be looking for food.
As of 2015, BassMaster.com has a lunar map showing the peak fishing days for 2015 and 2016. On the chart, each of the peak days is given a rating. Almanac.com also features a lunar calendar and provides a list of the best fishing days. Additional information such as the best times to go fishing on each peak fishing day and Farmer's Almanac reader's suggestions is also included.
