What is the Pinwheel Forest?

Pinwheel Forest is a location within the game series Pokémon Black and Pokémon White, as well as the game sequels Pokémon Black 2 and Pokémon White 2. In the game, the location of Pinwheel Forest is between Skyarrow Bridge and Nacrene City in the region of Unova.

In its first appearance in the Pokémon game series, Pinwheel Forest is home to Virizion, a Legendary Pokémon introduced in Generation V. During the second series of the Black and White Pokémon game, Virizion has moved to a location on Route 11, and the forest itself is blocked, until after the player character has defeated the Elite Four.
