The official release date for "Pitch Perfect 2" was May 15, 2015. The Blu-ray/DVD release of "Pitch Perfect 2" is scheduled for Sept. 22, 2015.

While May 15, 2015, is the official release date on record, the earliest screening of "Pitch Perfect 2" was its premiere in Las Vegas on April 20, 2015, followed by its Paris premiere on April 28, 2015. The film was first released in theaters in Australia and New Zealand on May 7, 2015, and then in the Philippines and Sweden on May 13th, 2015. The final scheduled theatrical release of "Pitch Perfect 2" is scheduled in Japan on Oct. 9, 2015.
