How do you play Temple Run?

Playing Temple Run is as easy as swiping the screen to make the character go in the right direction to avoid dangers such as fallen trees and monsters. The game is available for Android and iOS systems.

Downloading Temple Run is quick and easy. Simply navigate to Google Play for Android or the App Store for iOS devices. Once installed, the game is fast and easy to learn.

1. Start the game

Once downloaded, tap on the icon to start the game. During the first round of game play, the game will walk the player through a short tutorial that will demonstrate how to swipe the screen to achieve the desired effect. Swipe up to jump, down to slide and sideways to move from side to side.

2. Pick things up along the way

As a player makes his way through the game, there will be plenty of helpful items to pick up along the way. Coins, and power-ups appear often and a player can pick them up by simply running over them or jumping to meet them.

3. Reach the end

As with all endless runners, there is no technical end to the game. Game play stops during a level when the player fails to avoid obstacles or gets caught by the monster chasing him.
