What is Pluto's nickname?

According to National Geographic, Pluto is also known as a "dwarf planet." Pluto is no longer considered a planet by the International Astronomical Union. Since 2006, it has been labelled by the IAU as asteroid number 134340.

According to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Pluto got its name from Venetia Burney, an 11-year-old girl from England. Shortly after Clyde Tombaugh’s discovery of Pluto in 1930, Venetia suggested that the planet be given the name Pluto, after the god of the underworld in Roman mythology. She relayed this suggestion to her grandfather, who then sent the name to the Lowell Observatory. The moons of Pluto were also named after underworld mythological figures.
