84 Lumber offers various-sized pole barn kits; the smallest is 24 feet by 24 feet by 8 feet and the largest is 48 feet by 80 feet by 12 feet as of 2015. The company also has a custom design service available.

Each pole barn kit comes with a 36-inch steel service door, as well as sliding or overhead doors. Pressure-treated posts and skirt boards, double-truss carriers, roof trusses and roof purlins are included. Each kit includes eave overhangs and painted steel siding and roofing as well.

Optional additions include insulation, ventilation, windows, skylights and gutters. Interior options include horse stalls, drywall, shelving and cabinets.
