Is it possible to hook up two TVs to one cable?
By Forinfos - 02/08/2025 - 0 comments
Because of the transition from an analog signal to a digital signal, connecting two televisions to one cable is only possible with a small amount of cable providers as of 2015. Most television providers broadcast with a digital signal that requires a device to be connected to each television.
With an analog signal, it is possible to take an incoming cable and attach it to a splitter, allowing for the connection of another television. When a splitter is used, some of the signal's power is lost to the other television. It is advised to contact the cable provider to ensure that quality of service is retained.
