By Forinfos - 06/05/2025 - 0 comments
A Tylenol, or acetaminophen, overdose is one of the most common poisonings in the world, according to MedlinePlus. If overdose treatment is received within eight hours, the chance of recovery is very good. Without rapid treatment, a large overdose can lead to liver failure or death.
Symptoms of Tylenol or acetaminophen overdose include nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, sweating, stomach or abdominal pain, extreme tiredness, yellowing of the eyes or skin, and dark urine, states WebMD. There is no home treatment for Tylenol overdose, so contact poison control or seek emergency medical help right away if an overdose is suspected.
