How do you find a postal code online?

The websites of both the U.S. Postal Service and Canada Post provide search engines for looking up postal codes or ZIP codes within their respective countries. Look up postal codes in Canada by typing in the address in the search bar on the Canada Post website.

Search for ZIP codes on the USPS website by entering a particular address or business name, or by entering the city and state to see a list of ZIP codes found within that city. Alternatively, use the reverse look-up feature by typing in a ZIP code to find the city to which it is assigned.
