What is the premise of "The Purge: Anarchy"?

"The Purge: Anarchy" is a sequel to "The Purge," and both films focus on a fictional American holiday on which all crimes are legal. The film follows three different groups of people as they try to survive Purge Night.

"The Purge: Anarchy" stars Frank Grillo as Leo Barnes, a well-armed military veteran determined to keep people safe during Purge Night. Over the course of the film, he works to protect Eva, played by Carmen Ejogo, and her daughter, Cali, played by Zoe Soul. The film also features Shane and Liz, a married couple played by Zach Gilford and Kiele Sanchez, as they attempt to survive Purge Night with Leo's help.
