Primerica's millions of policies have a total value of over $675 billion. In 2012, the company paid out $1 billion dollars in death claims, paying 92 percent of them within 14 days. As a testament to its quality of service, A.M. Best gave Primerica an A+ or superior rating. Only 15 percent of life insurance companies have earned that rating.
